Mango-as-a-Service · 2027 season
Your own mango tree,
fully managed.
From ARR Farms, Shadnagar. We grow your tree, bag every fruit and let most of it ripen right on the branch. We deliver in batches as it ripens, or you harvest it yourself. You just enjoy the mangoes.

Zero artificial dependencies
No calcium carbide, ever. About 70% of our mangoes ripen on the tree; the rest finish in hay.
SLA-backed harvest
Every plan has a guaranteed minimum yield, with reserve trees on standby.
On-prem visits by appointment
ARR Farms is about an hour from Hyderabad. Book a slot to meet your tree or harvest it yourself.
How it works
We run the orchard. You enjoy the output.
You don't buy a box of mangoes. You subscribe to a tree. We handle the soil, the water, the care and the harvest.

Rolling deployments
Your mangoes don't ripen on one day. We pick in batches as they ripen (most ripen right on the tree, the rest finish in hay) and deliver each batch, or you can come and harvest them yourself by appointment. Short of the minimum? Reserve trees make up the rest.

Grown with care
Every mango wears its own jacket.
About a month after the fruit sets, we cover each mango on the tree with its own paper bag. It stays protected there until harvest day.
Shielded from fruit flies
The bag keeps pests off the fruit. In field trials, bagged mangoes had almost no fruit-fly damage.
Fewer sprays needed
Once the fruit is bagged, it needs far less spraying for the rest of the season.
Clean, even colour
No sunburn, scratches or sap stains. The skin ripens to a smooth, even gold.
Ripens on the tree
Safe inside its bag, the fruit can stay on the branch until it is ripe. About 70% of our mangoes are tree-ripened for full flavour.
Ripened on the tree, never with carbide
Because each mango is protected in its bag, it can stay on the branch until it is ripe. About 70% of our mangoes ripen right on the tree; the rest are picked mature and finished in hay, the traditional way. Calcium carbide, which is banned yet still widely used to force raw mangoes to look ripe, never comes near our fruit.

Questions
Frequently asked
What exactly is Mango-as-a-Service?+
You lease one mango tree at our farm for one season. We look after it, keep you updated as it flowers and fruits, then pick and ripen your mangoes in batches as they mature, and deliver them or keep them ready for you to collect. You get the mangoes without the farming.
Do I own the tree?+
No. You lease it for one mango season. You get your tree's mangoes for that season (at least the guaranteed 40 kg, plus anything extra it gives), plus a nameplate and certificate. You can renew the same tree next year.
What if my tree gives fewer mangoes?+
Each full tree is guaranteed 40 kg (20 kg for a half tree). If your tree falls short, we top up from reserve trees of the same variety. If the entire crop fails due to a natural calamity, we refund you in full.
What if my tree gives more than 40 kg?+
Then the extra is yours, at no extra cost. You pay for the guaranteed 40 kg, and every mango your tree gives beyond that comes to you too. On a half tree, the extra is split equally between the two owners.
Why do you bag each mango?+
About a month after the fruit sets, we cover every mango on the tree with its own paper bag. It protects the fruit from fruit flies, sunburn and blemishes, means far less spraying, and lets most of the fruit stay on the tree until it is properly ripe.
Are your mangoes tree-ripened?+
Mostly, yes. Because every mango is bagged, about 70% of them can ripen fully on the tree. The rest are picked when mature and finished in hay. We never use carbide or any artificial ripening agent.
When will I receive my mangoes?+
Mangoes on a tree don't all ripen at once, so your harvest comes in batches over a few weeks (roughly April to June, depending on variety). We'll message you before each batch is picked and agree whether we deliver it or you collect it.
Can I share a tree?+
Yes. Half-tree plans give you half the harvest at a lower price, ideal for smaller households.
Can I harvest my own mangoes?+
Yes. Book an appointment when your tree is ready and pick your mangoes with our farm team. Everything you take home is weighed and counts towards your guaranteed minimum.
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?+
Delivery within Hyderabad is free. Other cities are possible at courier cost; ask us on WhatsApp.
Can I visit my tree?+
Yes, by appointment only. Message us at least 3 days ahead to book a slot; visits are confirmed subject to availability, weather and our farm visit terms. Harvest weekends are the best time to come.
Do you offer this for companies?+
Yes: MaaS for Teams. Lease 10 trees or more for branded nameplates, a team day at the farm, and mango gifting for staff and clients.
Trees are limited each season.
Reserve yours before flowering begins and follow its whole journey, from the first bud to the box at your door.
